I wish you luck as I knowit is frustrating to say the least when this happens.Īgreed. It had to be a clean uninstall (not via windows) and hence downloading the program from Bitdefenders website. You may not have Bitdefender as your antivirus software, but I would suggest you uninstall your current antivirus and download the lastest version that is compatible with windows 10 and see if it resolves the issue. I then carried out the procedure outlined in my first post. I tried to insert the "rules manually"īut the software would not allow it and this was my first indication that maybe Bitdefender was at fault. I then started to think about my firewall and internet security and checked the desktop settings for bitdefender against the laptops settings and saw that the "rules" were missing on the laptops version of bitdefender. I tried all the previous suggestions that other members had suggested but to no avail. My desktop was running fine and would play the solitaire collection however, my laptop at first worked well and I could I play the solitaire collection but after a while it stopped loading the collection and also would not connect to the server or shop I have a laptop and desktop computer, both run windows 10 and both are protected by BITDEFENDER TOTAL SECURITY 2015 *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I just tried all three and none of them fixed the problem.
